Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Athens, focused on retail insurance business in Auto Insurance and General Lines. The role involves advising individual and small business clients on suitable insurance products, preparing and presenting quotes, and managing policy issuance and amendments for motor and general insurance coverage. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, conducting basic risk assessments, processing renewals, and coordinating claims information with insurers and other stakeholders. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, following company procedures and regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and high-quality service. The successful candidate will contribute to sales growth while maintaining a client-centric approach and upholding professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly and professionally.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in auto insurance and general insurance lines, including policy administration and basic risk evaluation.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
- Comfort using office software and insurance management systems; ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment, collaborate with colleagues, and build long-term client relationships.
- Previous experience in insurance, banking, or a related financial services field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local insurance regulations and market practices in Greece is beneficial.
- Relevant vocational training or degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred; ongoing professional development in insurance will be supported.
